The Experience
Our elegant Finnish Sauna by Symmetry Sauna comes preheated to 190+ degrees with dimmable indirect LED lighting, a bucket of water with essential oil for Loyly on the heated rocks and fresh towels to sit on in the sauna. The full glass front offers unmatched views of the Columbia River and surrounding landscape. The cold plunge tub by Blue Cube Baths accommodates up to 2 at a time with crystal clear, clean filtered and ozone sanitized water at a chilly 42 degrees. For those experienced cold tub users, enjoy the optional River Mode jets for a more intense cooling experience in the Blue Cube Bath.

What to Expect
Your session provides you a 55 minute, self guided contrasting heat and cold therapy session. Alternate between the hot sauna and cold plunge tubs at your leisure. Take a rest on the patio between rounds and bask in the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
